The function of the pressure sensor of the SCR system (car urea package) is to monitor the urea pressure in real time. The dose of urea in the SCR system is ultimately controlled by the engine management system. The amount of urea injected must match the concentration of NOX. While ensuring the reduction of NOX, the amount cannot be exceeded. If the injection amount of urea is too small, the treatment level should not be achieved. If the injection amount of urea is too large, excess ammonia gas will be discharged into the atmosphere, resulting in new pollution.
The pressure sensor fully meets the requirements of the SCR system in terms of anti-vibration, corrosion resistance, and urea freezing without damage. Stainless steel shell and high-alkali-resistant sealing material; the sensor can work for a long time in urea solution at -8~+85 degrees Celsius; the foam jacket inside the sensor is used to absorb the expansion volume of urea after freezing to protect the pressure-sensitive components.
