DOC diesel oxidation catalyst. DOC generally uses metal or ceramic as the carrier of the catalyst.
When the diesel exhaust passes through the catalyst, hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, etc. can quickly react with oxygen in the exhaust at a lower temperature to produce non-polluting water and carbon dioxide.
The DOC light-off temperature determines the regeneration window of the regeneration method. During regeneration, the fuel injector can only inject fuel if the engine exhaust temperature exceeds the light-off temperature.
When diesel is injected before the DOC, the HC emission concentration in the exhaust gas after the DOC can show the light-off temperature. When the exhaust gas temperature is below the light-off temperature, the HC emissions in the exhaust gas must be very high. HC emissions are basically stable. The ignition temperature of DOC for diesel is around 280℃.
It is suitable for DOC diesel engine oxidation catalyst. When diesel engine exhaust gas passes through the catalyst, hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, etc. can quickly chemically react with oxygen in the exhaust gas at low temperature to generate non-polluting water and carbon dioxide.
